Corporate Partners help us to not only maintain the standard of excellence we have set since our inception, but to continually expand our programming, membership, and outreach.
Sponsorship affords companies the opportunity to publicly and visibly support an organization that promotes women in the workplace and in the community.
We would like to extend a large thank you to our corporate partners for their support and continued involvement in the activities of the PWA-NYC.
Becoming a PWA-NYC Sponsor or Corporate Member
Corporate Sponsorships are structured to optimize mutual value and meet the objectives and goals of both the Partner and the PWA-NYC. Three different types of different types include the following:
1. Event Sponsor - This option is where a company chooses a specific event that they are passionate about and provides the financial sponsorship for the venue, food, drink and speaker costs as applicable. This can range significantly depending on the event specifics but average cost generally range between $1,000 - $5,000. PWA will supply all of the resources to help coordinate and organize the event as to the expectations and vision of the sponsor. Also, if requested up to 20% of the available spots at the sponsored event will be reserved at no additional cost for employees of the sponsoring company.
2. Corporate Sponsor - This is a financial donation to assist in subsidizing events and helping PWA to carry out its mission. The contribution will go towards creating opportunities for personal and professional development among women in New York as well as assist PWA in philanthropic endeavors. The company brand will be represented on our webpage, and listed as a Corporate Donor in one of the categories listed below. All donors will also be listed on distributed materials for all of the events in the year of the donation. Additionally there are many opportunities for brand recognition as materials are often distributed from our corporate sponsors in gift bags and whenever opportunities permit.
The three different levels of Corporate Donors are:
· PWA Partner - $25,000 +
· PWA Patron - $10,000 +
· PWA Supporter - $5,000 +
· PWA Friend - $1,000 +
3. Corporate Member - This is a partnership with the organization to help grow and shape the membership as well as provide financial support to PWA. Corporate Memberships are an opportunity to expand Women's outreach with-in your company and provide networking and growth opportunities to your employees. Part of the benefit of becoming a Corporate Member is full membership for select employees of the organization and free admission for those members to all events during the year. This option is customized based on the size of the partnering company and the number of memberships they would like to provide for employees. Each employee selected for membership will receive a personalized invitation and welcome pamphlet.
